Shipping & Delivery
All in stock items ship from PA. Other items can ship from a number of states depending on your location. We pick the location closest to you to get you your items fastest. Items can sometimes ship in multiple packages based on warehouse avialability. 
We offer many shipping methods. Any order over $25 is eligable for Free standard rate shipping which takes about 7  business days. We can also ship USPS Priority as well as FedEx ground. If you are looking to purchase a larger quantity of items and would like to use your own account, you are welcome to for orders over $500.  
Returns & Replacements

If you need to make a return, please call us at 800-9-CONDOM (266-366) or send us an e-mail at cs@condomania.com. You can also fill out this contact form.

We will then issue you a return number and provide detailed instructions on how/where to drop off the return package. You’ll have to fill out the return label based on our instructions by yourself. We will not accept any returns without a clearly marked return number.

We only sell new products to protect the security of each and every one of our customers. Due to the nature of our products as well as state and federal health laws, we are not allowed to accept many of the products we sell as returns. You are welcome to contact us in the event something is not right and we will do our best to help you. Please also always feel free to ask questions before purchasing from us as we have an expert staff standing by to help. We do not resell returned merchandise. You can read more about product specific return policies below.

Return policy for condoms

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 35 days to receive store credit. The return window starts on the purchase date, at the time of sending the order confirmation to you. You need only initiate the returns process within the specified timeframe, the return doesn’t have to be fully completed within this time. We will consider your e-mail/call to us as a beginning of this period.

We only accept returns for condoms in 50-packs or less. We do not accept returns on condoms purchased in packages of 51 or more condoms or on any custom or wholesale orders.

We only issue store credit for returns. We do not give refunds in cash or as money back on your credit card. Shipping fees are not refunded. The credit covers only the original purchase price of the product(s) less any shipping fees. You are responsible for paying any shipping fees associated with returning the product(s) to us.  Exceptions to this policy are items that are incorrect, damaged or defective.  We will replace or refund via original payment method an inccorect, damaged or defective item, whichever you choose.  You must notify us within 2 days of the receipt of your item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return policy for sex toys

We can not accept returns on sex toys due to local health laws and FDA regulations. Should you receive a product which is incorrect, damaged, or defective, notify us within 2 days from the time of delivery and we will exchange your product for a properly working one or will refund you via your payment method, whichever you choose. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging and with a clearly marked return authorization number.

From time to time, we will offer promotions by email, though we do offer opportunities on select websites. The best place ot find out about these specials are by joining our email list.
